摘 要:当前闪变参数测量方法都假设在已知闪变调制波类型的前提下进行测量,然而实际闪变调制波类型无法提前预知,使得这些检测算法在实际使用时严重受限。为此,提出一种基于采样序列重构和频谱校正的通用电网闪变测量方法。该方法首先通过改进Teager能量算子提取闪变包络,再利用加Rife-Vincent窗插值快速傅里叶变换(fast Fourier transform,FFT)算法校正闪变包络的频谱以获得闪变临时参数。将所得临时参数重构出两类闪变调制波序列,通过两类重构序列与预设阈值对比以实现闪变调制波类型辨识,最后依据调制波类型辨识结果得到电网闪变实际参数。仿真实验与实际硬件平台的测试结果验证了算法的准确性和可靠性。在实际测试中,正弦波调制闪变和矩形波调制闪变的幅值相对误差分别小于7.3%×10^(-1)和1.9%×10^(-1),频率相对误差分别小于8.0%×10^(-1)和9.8%×10^(-2)。The current flicker parameter measurement methods assume measurements are carried out with prior knowledge of the flicker modulation waveforms.However,in practice,the flicker modulation waveforms cannot be predetermined in advance,severely limiting the applicability of these detection algorithms.To address this issue,a generic power grid flicker measurement method based on sampled sequence reconstruction and spectrum correction is proposed.This method first extracts the flicker envelope by using an improved Teager energy operator.Subsequently,the Rife-Vincent window interpolation FFT algorithm is employed to correct the spectrum of the envelope,thereby obtaining temporary flicker parameters.Two types of flicker modulation waveform sequences are reconstructed based on the temporary parameters,and the identification of flicker modulation waveform types is achieved by comparing these reconstructed waveforms with predefined thresholds.Finally,the actual power grid flicker parameters are determined based on the identification results.Simulation experiments and testing on a practical hardware platform validate the accuracy and reliability of the proposed algorithm.In actual tests,the amplitude relative errors of sinusoidal modulation flicker and rectangular modulation flicker are less than 7.3%×10^(-1)and 1.9%×10^(-1),respectively.The frequency relative errors for these cases are less than 8.0%X10-l and 9.8%×10^(-2),respectively.
