摘　　要：癫痫样活动指各种原因诱发大脑神经元异常放电导致局部或全身出现的单组或多组肌群阵发性不自主震颤、抽搐,甚至全身强直,伴或不伴有脑电图异常。全身麻醉或椎管内麻醉均可导致患者出现一定程度的抽搐,说明麻醉药可以诱发癫痫样活动,且其机制可能不尽相同。本文就目前围术期麻醉用药诱发的癫痫样活动的研究进展及可能机制进行总结。Objective Seizure-like activity refers to the abnormal spike of neurons in the brain induced by various reasons,resulting in paroxysmal involuntary tremors,convulsions,or even general rigidity of one or more muscle groups locally or throughout the body,with or without EEG abnormalities.Convulsion may appear in the patients during general anesthesia or intraspinal anesthesia,suggesting that anesthetics can induce seizure-like activities,and the mechanism may be different.This article summarizes the current research progress and possible mechanism of perioperative anesthetics-induced epileptiform activity.
