中药饮片自动采购计划的应用与成效分析

摘　　要：目的保证医疗机构中药饮片的临床用药需求。方法结合医院实际情况,以出库数及品种类别为依据对中药饮片进行分类,通过库房管理系统生成各类中药饮片低限生成规则和采购计划规则,采用SPSS27.0统计学软件对成都市某三级甲等医院2019年1月至9月(研究前)和2021年1月至9月(研究后)的采购计划数、补计划数、库存周转率,以及研究后的库存金额占比进行分析。结果研究后,采购计划数较研究前每月同比增加48.10%~151.76%,补计划数每月同比下降90%以上,除7月和8月外,库存周转率均增加,库存金额占比变异系数为3.00%~11.90%。结论该中药饮片自动采购计划规则的采购次数合理,能满足临床用药需求,也能保证多数中药饮片的及时更新,未造成库存积压,提高了中药饮片自动采购信息化的进程。Objective To ensure the clinical medication requirements of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)decoction pieces in medical institutions.Methods Based on the actual situation of the hospital,TCM decoction pieces were classified according to the outbound quantity and variety category of products,and the low limit generation rule and procurement plan rule were generated for all kinds of TCM decoction pieces in the warehouse management system.SPSS 27.0 statistical software was used to analyze the number of procurement plans,number of replenishment plans,and inventory turnover rate of a tertiary first-class hospital in Chengdu from January to September 2019(before the study)and from January to September 2021(after the study),as well as the proportion of inventory amount after the study.Results After the study,the number of procurement plans increased by 48.10%-151.76%year-on-year per month compared to that before the study,while the number of supplementary plans decreased by more than 90%year-on-year per month compared to that before the study;the inventory turnover rate increased every month except for July and August,and the coefficient of variation of the proportion of inventory amount was in the range of 3.00%-11.90%.Conclusion The automatic procurement plan rule for TCM decoction pieces has reasonable procurement times,which can meet the needs of clinical drug demand.The rule can not only ensure the timely updating of most TCM decoction pieces,but also not cause overstock in inventory.It improves the informatization process of automatic procurement of TCM decoction pieces.
