心病科中药临床药师培训模式探索

摘　　要：目的规范心病科中药临床药师的培训模式。方法从理论学习、临床实践及考核方案3个方面分析1年制全国中药临床药师(简称1年制)和半年制上海市心病科中药临床药师(简称半年制)的规范化培训模式,并总结经验。结果培训后,所有培训学员考核全部达标,且完成了规定作业,可胜任心病科的临床药学工作,部分学员在培训期间还发表了相关论文。结论心病科中药临床药师培养应以患者为中心,并开展中西医结合的药学服务。建议借助信息化技术,重视门诊跟师抄方,加强各培训基地间的学术交流,进一步规范中药临床药师的培训方案。Objective To standardize the training mode for clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in the Department of Cardiology.Methods The standardized training model of one-year national TCM clinical pharmacists and six-month TCM clinical pharmacists in the Department of Cardiology in Shanghai from three aspects:theoretical learning,clinical practice,and assessment plans were analyzed,and the experience was summarized.Results After the training,all trainees met the assessment standards and completed the prescribed assignments,which qualified them for clinical pharmacy work in the Department of Cardiology.Some trainees published relevant papers during the training period.Conclusion The training of TCM clinical pharmacists in the Department of Cardiology should focus on patients and provide pharmaceutical care that integrates traditional Chinese and Western medicine.It is recommended to use information technology,attach importance to copying teachers'prescriptions in the outpatient,strengthen academic exchanges among various training bases,and further standardize the training programs for TCM clinical pharmacists.
