摘  要:目的总结大数据在医院合理用药质控中的应用方式及现状,为医院药学管理提供参考。方法采用计算机检索PubMed、Web ofScience、中国知网(CNKI)、万方(WanFang)数据库自建库起至2022年12月有关“大数据”“医院合理用药”的相关文献,从医疗大数据的特点、类型、应用现状等方面分析其在合理用药质控工作中的应用现状及优势。结果医疗大数据具有数据容量大、数据收集速度快、数据来源及类型多样化的大数据特点,以及时序性、隐私性、不完整性等独有特点;包括基因组数据,临床数据,智能医疗设备产生的数据,生物特征数据,行政、交易和业务数据等类型。基于医疗大数据实施的合理用药质控模式,具有全程化、动态化、可追踪的特点,可实现质控的电子化、信息化拦截,从源头杜绝了合理用药工作中存在的问题,使合理用药质控过程更高效。结论基于大数据的合理用药质控模式能优化和提升医院药学的管理水平,促进临床合理用药。Objective To summarize the application methods and current situation of big data in the quality control of rational drug use in the hospital,and to provide a reference for hospital pharmacy management.Methods Relevant studies on"big data"and"rational drug use in the hospital"in the databases of PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI,and WanFang were searched from their inception to December 2022.The application status and advantages of medical big data in quality control of rational drug use were analyzed from the characteristics,types,and application status of medical big data.Results Medical big data has the characteristics of large data capacity,fast data collection speed,diverse data sources and types,as well as unique characteristics such as temporal,privacy,and incompleteness.Medical big data includes genomic data,clinical data,data generated by intelligent medical devices,biometric data,administrative,transaction,and business data.The quality control model for rational drug use based on medical big data has the characteristics of the full process,dynamic,and traceable,which can achieve electronic and information-based interception of quality control methods,eliminate problems in rational drug use from the source,and make the process of quality control of rational drug use more efficient.Conclusion The quality control model of rational drug use based on big data can optimize and improve the management level of hospital pharmacy,and promote clinical rational drug use.
