摘　　要：目的为智托洁白丸的合理、安全应用提供参考。方法采用计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、PubMed、The Cochrane Library等数据库中自建库起至2023年5月收录的智托洁白丸相关文献,采用人工检索相关古籍,对智托洁白丸的历史沿革、中药材有效成分、现代药理学作用、质量控制方法等进行归纳总结。结果智托洁白丸为藏药经典名方,由寒水石、矮紫堇、诃子、兔耳草、木香、蜂蜜、渣驯膏7味药材组方,具有清胃热、抑酸、止咳等功效,对消化性疾病的疗效较好。组方药材的主要有效成分为硫酸钙、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、锌、诃子酸、没食子酸、鞣花酸、诃子次酸、金缕梅单宁、原儿茶酚、木犀草素、毛蕊花糖苷、大车前苷、松果菊苷、鞭打绣球苷B、原阿片碱、盐酸小檗碱、齐墩果酸、异槲皮苷、梓醇、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、黄腐酸、葡萄糖、香兰素等。现代药理学研究结果显示,智托洁白丸治疗胆汁反流性食管炎、乙酸性溃疡、消化性溃疡、低氧应激性胃溃疡有一定疗效。但对智托洁白丸质量控制的研究较少,法定标准仅收载于1995年版《卫生部药品标准·藏药(第一册)》。结论智托洁白丸对消化道疾病的临床疗效良好,建议采用多种现代科学技术对其药效学物质和药理学作用等进行深入研究,促进临床合理、安全应用。Objective To provide a reference for the rational and safe application of Zhituo Jiebai Pills.Methods Relevant studies of Zhituo Jiebai Pills in databases such as CNKI,VIP,WangFang,PubMed,and The Cochrane Library were searched form their inception to May 2023,and relevant ancient books were manually searched.The historical evolution,effective ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),modern pharmacological effects,and quality control methods of Zhituo Jiebai Pills were summarized and studied.Results Zhituo Jiebai Pills is a classic Tibetan formula,composed of seven medicinal herbs:Crystalline Mirabilite,Corydalis Herba,Chebulae Fructus,Lagotis Herba,Aucklandiae Radix,Mel,and Zhaxun Extract.It has the effects of clearing stomach heat,preventing acid,and relieving cough,and have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.The main effective ingredients in the formula are calcium sulfate,calcium carbonate,calcium hydroxide,zinc,chebulinic acid,gallic acid,tannic acid,chebulic acid,witch hazel tannins,protocatechol,luteolin,piloside,plantamajoside,quercetin,hemiphroside B,protopine,berberine hydrochloride,oleanolic acid,isohesperidin,catalpol,dehydrocostus lactone,dehydroandrogenide,humic acid,glucose,vanillin,and other chemical components.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Zhituo Jiebai Pills have certain therapeutic effects in the treatment of bile reflux esophagitis,acetic acid ulcers,peptic ulcers,and hypoxic stress gastric ulcers.However,there is currently relatively few researches on the quality control of Zhituo Jiebai Pills,and the current legal standard is only included in the Drug Standard Issued by the Ministry of Health(the first volume of Tibetan Medicine,1995 Edition).Conclusion Zhituo Jiebai Pills have good clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.It is recommended to use various modern scientific technologies to conduct in-depth research on the pharmacological substances and effects of Zhituo Jiebai Pills,in order to promote its ration
