摘　　要：目的 探讨新生儿发生病理性黄疸的相关危险因素。方法 选取本院2020年5月至2023年5月共计200例新生儿,统计病理性黄疸发生情况,采用多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 200例新生儿中有46例发生病理性黄疸,发生率为23.00%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,早产(OR 2.378,95%CI 1.957~3.198)、ABO溶血(OR 1.758,95%CI 1.527~2.857)、Apgar <7分(OR 2.015,95%CI 1.745~3.058)、白蛋白<25 g/L(OR 3.289,95%CI 2.347~5.062)、缺氧缺血性脑病(OR 4.019,95%CI 2.867~6.158)、宫内感染(OR 1.827,95%CI 1.379~2.894)、妊娠期高血压(OR 2.579,95%CI 2.072~3.957)是影响新生儿发生病理性黄疸的独立危险因素。结论 早产、ABO溶血、低Apgar评分、低白蛋白水平、缺氧缺血性脑病、宫内感染、妊娠期高血压均为新生儿病理性黄疸的独立危险因素。Objective To explore the risk factors associated with the occurrence of pathologic jaundice in neonates.Methods A total of 200neonates were selected from May 2020 to May 2023,and the occurrence of pathological jaundice was counted and analyzed by multifactorial logistic regression.Results Pathologic jaundice occurred in 46 of 200 neonates,with an incidence of 23.00%.Multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that preterm birth(OR 2.378,95%CI 1.957-3.198),ABO hemolysis(OR 1.758,95%CI 1.527-2.857),Apgar <7 points(OR 2.015,95%CI 1.745-3.058),albumin <25 g/L(OR 3.289,95%CI 2.347-5.062),hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(OR 4.019,95%CI 2.867-6.158),intrauterine infections(OR 1.827,95%CI 1.379-2.894),and gestational hypertension(OR 2.579,95%CI 2.072-3.957) are independent risk factors for neonatal development of independent risk factors for pathologic jaundice.Conclusions Premature birth,ABO hemolysis,low Apgar score,low albumin level,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy,intrauterine infection,and gestational hypertension are independent risk factors for pathological jaundice in neonates.
