富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙肝临床抗病毒的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探析富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗慢性乙肝临床抗病毒的疗效。方法 选取福州市长乐区人民医院2021年12月至2023年12月的慢性乙肝患者共102例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(恩替卡韦分散片治疗)与观察组(富马酸丙酚替诺福韦治疗),对比两组的治疗效果、肝功能指标、不良反应发生率、肝纤维化指标、免疫功能以及炎症因子水平。结果 观察组在治疗效果、肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标、免疫功能以及炎症因子水平方面优于对照组(P <0.05),两组不良反应无明显差异(P> 0.05)。结论富马酸丙酚替诺福韦可显著改善乙肝患者病情状态,且具有可观的安全性。Objective To explore the efficacy of tenofovir of propofol fumarate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods A total of 102patients with chronic hepatitis B in Changle District People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as study subjects,andomized into control group(entecavir treatment) and observation group(propofol fumarate tenofovir treatment),compare the treatment effect of the two groups;liver function index;incidence of adverse reactions;liver fibrosis index;immune function and level of inflammatory factors.Results The outcome group was better than the control group in the indicators of liver function,liver fibrosis and immune function and inflammatory factors level(P<0.05),with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Tenofovir propofol fumarate can significantly improve the status of hepatitis B patients and has considerable safety.
