沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠与缬沙坦用于慢性心力衰竭治疗的对比分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在慢性心力衰竭患者治疗中采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠的效果。方法 本研究为回顾性分析,研究开始纳入病例的时间定在2023年5月,截止到2023年11月,共收集300例,均在我院心内科门诊确诊为慢性心力衰竭患者,其中使用缬沙坦胶囊治疗为对照组(150例),使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗为研究组(150例),对比各组治疗有效率、治疗3个月后对比两组患者的左心室射血分数(LVEF)、B型脑钠肽(BNP)水平、血压数值、并发症发生率。结果 研究组治疗有效率86.67%比对照组77.37%高(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者LVEF、BNP水平对比无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者LVEF、BNP水平均优于治疗前(P <0.05),其中,研究组LVEF比对照组高,研究组BNP比对照组低(P <0.05)。治疗后,研究组血压值均优于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗慢性心衰对比缬沙坦胶囊治疗疗效更为显著,可切实改善患者心功能指标,提高患者运动耐量,促使患者病情好转。Objective To investigate the effect of using valsartan sodium in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods This experiment was a retrospective analysis,A total of 300 patients were enrolled between May 2023 and November 2023.All were diagnosed with chronic heart failure in the outpatient department of cardiology department of our hospital,with valsartan capsules as the control group(n=150),treatment with sacubaresovalsartan for the study group(n=150),compare two of the left ventricular ejection fraction(Left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF),type B(B-type natriuretic peptide,BNP) level,blood pressure values,and complication rate.Results The treatment effective rate of 86.67% in the study group was higher than 77.37% in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the comparison of LVEF and BNP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the LVEF and BNP levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment(P<0.05),in which the LVEF of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the BNP of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood pressure values of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of valsartan sodium is more effective than valsartan capsule,which can effectively improve the cardiac function index,improve the exercise tolerance and improve the condition.
