心理护理在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病中的应用效果以及对负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者应用心理护理的效果以及对患者负性情绪的影响。方法 纳入2021年12月至2022年12月我院收治的老年慢阻肺患者160例,以盲分法分组,每组80例。参照组接受常规护理,观察组接受常规联合心理护理,比较护理效果。结果 观察组治疗依从性较对照组更高(P <0.05)。干预后,观察组情绪状态(SAS、SDS)评分低于参照组(P <0.05);生活质量各维度评分均高于参照组(P <0.05);肺功能(FEV_(1)/FVC、PEF、FEV_(1))指标优于参照组(P <0.05)。结论 老年慢阻肺患者护理难度大,应用心理护理有助于提高治疗依从性、提升护理效果、改善患者负性情绪。Objective To analyze the effect of applying psychological nursing care in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) and the effect on patients' negative emotions.Methods A total of 160 cases of elderly patients with COPD admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were included,and 80 cases in each group were grouped by blind division method.The reference group received conventional nursing care,and the observation group received conventional combined psychological care,and the nursing effects were compared.Results The observation group had higher treatment compliance than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the emotional state(SAS,SDS) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05);and the indexes of pulmonary function(FEV_1/FVC,PEF,FEV_1) were better than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Elderly patients with COPD are difficult to care for,and the application of psychological care can help to improve treatment compliance,enhance the nursing effect,and improve the negative emotions of patients.
