营养支持护理结合心理护理改善胃癌患者生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 探究胃癌患者以心理护理、营养支持护理对其生活质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年1月泉州市第一医院接诊胃癌患者54例参与分析,以随机数字表法分组,对照组常规护理,研究组心理护理、营养支持护理,每组患者各27例,分析两组患者生活质量、情绪评分、营养状态、满意度等。结果 干预前,两组生活质量评分、情绪评分、营养状态指标对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);干预后,研究组患者生活质量、营养状态指标比对照组高(P <0.05);研究组患者情绪评分比对照组情绪评分低(P <0.05)。研究组满意度100%高于对照组77.77%(χ~2=6.7500,P <0.05)。结论 临床使用心理护理、营养支持护理对胃癌患者效果显著,能缓解患者负面情绪,提高生活质量,改善患者营养状态,值得临床使用。Objective To explore the impact of psychological care and nutritional support on the quality of life of gastric cancer patients.Methods A total of 54 gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected for analysis.They were divided into two groups using computer table method:the control group received routine care,while the study group received psychological and nutritional support care.Each group had 27 patients,and the quality of life,emotional scores,nutritional status,and satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of quality of life scores,mood scores,and nutritional status indicators between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the quality of life and nutritional status indicators of the patients in the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);and the mood scores of the patients in the study group were lower than the mood scores of the control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction in the study group was 100% higher than 77.77% in the control group(χ~2=6.7500,P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical use of psychological care and nutritional support nursing has a significant effect on gastric cancer patients,which can alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,and improve their nutritional status.It is worthy of clinical use.
