临床路径护理模式在躁狂抑郁症患者护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探究在躁狂抑郁症患者护理中运用临床路径护理模式的临床价值。方法 选择2021年3月至2023年9月我院收治的躁狂抑郁症患者76例,随机分为对照组(38例)和试验组(38例)。对照组实施常规护理模式,试验组实施临床路径护理模式。对比两组的护理依从性,干预前后焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)和躁狂(BRMS)程度,干预后自我认知功能评分,以及护理满意度和护理质量评分。结果 对照组的护理依从性71.05%低于试验组的94.74%(P <0.05);护理后,两组的各项负性评分均有所降低,且试验组的焦虑、抑郁、躁狂评分较对照组更低(P <0.05);试验组认知功能评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);对照组的护理满意度为78.95%,护理质量评分为(83.46±3.35)分,均低于试验组护理满意度97.37%和护理质量评分(96.41±3.67)分(P <0.05)。结论 躁狂抑郁症患者护理中应用临床路径护理能明显提高患者护理依从性,改善患者焦虑、抑郁、躁狂等负性心理状态,使患者自我认知功能觉醒,还提高了患者护理满意度,进一步优化整体护理质量。Objective To explore the clinical value of utilizing clinical pathway nursing model in the care of patients with manic depression.Methods A total of 76 cases of bipolar depression patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(38 cases) and the experimental group(38 cases).The control group implemented the conventional nursing model,and the experimental group implemented the clinical pathway nursing model,comparing the nursing care adherence,the degree of anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS),and mania(BRMS) before and after the intervention,the self-cognitive function scores after the intervention,as well as the nursing care satisfaction and nursing care quality scores of the two groups.Results Nursing care adherence in the control group was 71.05% lower than that in the experimental group,which was 94.74%(P<0.05);after nursing care,all negative scores were reduced in both groups,and the anxiety,depression,and mania scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);cognitive function scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the nursing care satisfaction of the control group was 78.95%,and the nursing care quality score was(83.46±3.35),which were lower than the nursing satisfaction of 97.37% and the nursing quality score of(96.41±3.67) in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of clinical pathway nursing in the care of patients with manic-depressive disorder can significantly improve patients' nursing compliance,improve patients' negative psychological states such as anxiety,depression,mania,etc.,and awaken patients' self-cognitive functions,and also improve the degree of patients' nursing care satisfaction and further optimize the overall quality of care.
