摘　　要：目的 分析同质医疗护理模式联合腹式呼吸训练对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)患者肺功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月我院收治的80例老年慢阻肺患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例),分别予以同质医疗护理模式联合腹式呼吸训练、单独腹式呼吸训练,对比两组患者的肺功能、生活质量水平改善情况及患者满意度。结果 护理后两组患者肺功能(FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC)、生活质量均较护理前改善,且观察组以上各指标改善情况优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 同质医疗护理模式联合腹式呼吸训练对老年慢阻肺患者肺功能及生活质量提升具有积极的影响,并能够提高患者满意度。Objective To analyze the effects of homogeneous medical care model combined with abdominal breathing training on pulmonary function and quality of life of elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients.Methods A total of 80 cases of elderly COPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected,and the patients were divided into observation group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases) according to randomized numerical table method,and were treated with homogeneous medical care model combined with abdominal respiratory training and abdominal respiratory training alone,respectively,to compare the improvement of lung function,quality of life and patient satisfaction of the patients in the two groups.Results After care,the lung function(FEV1,FEV1/FVC) and quality of life of patients in both groups were improved compared with those before care,and the improvement of the above indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Homogeneous medical care model combined with abdominal breathing training has a positive effect on the improvement of pulmonary function and quality of life of elderly COPD patients,and can improve patient satisfaction.
