摘  要:目的:分析神经内科药物成瘾患者应用知信行健康教育模式的干预价值。方法:将2020年3月—2023年3月我院收治的神内药物成瘾患者100例作为观察对象。按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规干预措施,观察组采取知信行健康教育模式,比较两组干预后遵医行为、用药依从性及健康状况调查表(SF-36)评分。结果:干预后,观察组遵医行为占比、用药依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在神内药物成瘾患者的干预中采取知信行健康教育模式可提高患者用药依从性与遵医行为,并可提高其健康状态,值得临床应用。Objective:To analyze the intervention value of knowledge-attitude-practice health education model in patients with drug addiction in neurology department.Methods:A total of 100 patients with psychotropic drug addiction admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as observation objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine intervention measures,and the observation group was treated with knowledge-attitude-practice health education model.The compliance behavior,medication compliance and health status questionnaire(SF-36)scores were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results:After the intervention,the proportion and medication compliance of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taking the health education model can improve their drug compliance and improve their health status,which is worthy of clinical application.
