加减清热除湿解毒汤联合耳穴压豆治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨清热除湿解毒汤加减联合耳穴压豆治疗肺胃湿热型痤疮的临床效果。方法:选取2019年10月—2021年10月佳木斯市中医医院收治的痤疮患者86例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各43例。对照组予以常规西药治疗,观察组加用清热除湿解毒汤加减联合耳穴压豆治疗,持续用药6周。比较两组临床疗效、皮损症状积分、皮肤状态、生活质量及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后皮损程度、皮损颜色、皮损数量及皮损肿痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后含水量高于对照组,pH、油脂程度、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清热除湿解毒汤加减联合耳穴压豆可提高肺胃湿热型痤疮疗效,加快皮损消退,减轻对生活质量的影响,安全可靠。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans in the treatment of lung and stomach damp-heat acne.Methods:A total of 86 patients with acne admitted to Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,skin lesion symptom score,skin condition,quality of life and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of skin lesions,color of skin lesions,number of skin lesions and swelling and pain scores of skin lesions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the scores of pH,oil level and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Qingre Chushi Jiedu Decoction combined with ear pressure beans can improve the curative effect of lung and stomach damp-heat acne,accelerate the skin lesion regression,reduce the impact on the quality of life,and is safe and reliable.
