摘　　要：目的:探讨综合护理干预在卡瑞利珠单抗治疗晚期转移性食管鳞癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的80例晚期转移性食管鳞癌患者为研究对象,按双色球随机法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。所有研究对象采用卡瑞利珠单抗治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组用药依从性、不良反应发生率及耐药率。结果:干预后,观察组用药依从率高于对照组,不良反应发生率、耐药率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预在卡瑞利珠单抗治疗晚期转移性食管鳞癌患者的应用效果良好,可有效提高治疗依从性,降低不良反应发生率及耐药性。Objective:To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma during the carrelizumab treatment.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the double chromosphere random method,with 40 patients in each group.All the subjects were treated with carrelizumab,while the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance,incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance rate were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated with carrelizumab is good,which can effectively improve the treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance.
