摘　　要：分析国内外经济形势及化肥行业面临的挑战,介绍我国与《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)成员国的贸易情况,RCEP部分成员国农用化肥生产、进出口及施用量情况,分析RCEP给我国化肥行业带来的机遇与挑战,并提出化肥企业的应对策略。阐述国内外化肥行业发展趋势,预测我国化肥市场走势,并提出发展建议,包括将化肥保供与粮食安全放在同等重要的地位上;稳中求进,安全发展,主动防范经营风险;推进节能改造;加大转型升级力度,促进高质量发展;发展绿色化肥,推动可持续发展;加强国内、国外市场开拓。The domestic and international economic situation and the challenges faced by the fertilizer industry are analyzed,the trade situation between China and Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement(RCEP)member countries,the production,import and export,and application of agricultural fertilizers in some RCEP countries are introduced,the opportunities and challenges that RCEP brings to China’s fertilizer industry are analyzed,and response strategies for fertilizer enterprises are proposed.The development trends of the domestic and foreign fertilizer industry and the trends of the fertilizer market in China are elaborated,and development suggestions are proposed,including placing equal importance on ensuring fertilizer supply and food safety,seeking progress while maintaining stability,promoting safe development,actively preventing business risks,promoting energy-saving transformation,increasing transformation and upgrading efforts,promoting high-quality development,developing green fertilizers,promoting sustainable development,and strengthening the exploration of both domestic and foreign markets.
