摘  要:云南某胶磷矿w(P2O5) 21.66%、w(MgO) 6.51%,采用常规反浮选工艺流程浮选后尾矿P2O5含量高,磷损失率高。对浮选工艺流程进行优化,并选用具有泡沫调控作用的抑制剂YP7,经过反浮选一次粗选一次精选两次扫选,精选中矿和扫选中矿合并再磨再选的浮选工艺流程,闭路试验获得精矿w(P2O5)29.67%、w(MgO)1.06%、产率66.77%、P2O5回收率91.47%,尾矿w(P2O5) 5.56%的选矿指标。The conventional reverse flotation process for a collophane in Yunnan with w(P2O5)of 21.66%and w(MgO)of 6.51%has high content of P2O5 in tailings and a high loss rate of phosphorus.The flotation process flow is optimized,and the inhibitor YP7 with foam regulation function is selected.After reverse flotation of one roughing,one cleaning and two scavenging,the cleaned middling ore and scavenging middling ore are mixed for regrinding and reselection.The beneficiation indexes of concentrate with w(P2O5)of 29.67%,w(MgO)of 1.06%,yield of 66.77%,P2O5 recovery rate of 91.47%,and tailings with w(P2O5)of 5.56%are obtained with closed circuit experiment.
