磷酸装置水平衡改造应用研究

摘　　要：分析瓮福紫金化工股份有限公司原磷酸装置水平衡存在的主要问题,包括设计缺陷、生产管理经验不足、环保管理认识不足,提出水平衡整改方向及措施。通过水平衡改造,每年可以减少回收雨量7 489 t,降低工艺水用量;整改后共回收水、渣中的磷、氟资源约2万t,磷、氟收率大幅度提升,合计产生的经济效益约9 740万元。The main problems existing in the water balance of the original phosphoric acid plant of Wengfu Zijin Chemical Co.,Ltd.are analyzed,including design defects,lack of production management experience,and insufficient understanding of environmental protection management,directions and measures for water balance transformation are proposed.Through water balance transformation,the annual rainfall recovery can be reduced by 7489 t,the amount of process water can be reduced;After transformation,20000 tons of phosphorus and fluorine resources can be recovered from water and slag,the yield of phosphorus and fluorine has been greatly improved,and the total economic benefits are about 97.4 million RMB Yuan.
