摘  要:云南云天化红磷化工有限公司2套氟硅酸钠装置尾气洗涤系统设计不合理,排放尾气中颗粒物含量较高。通过增加文丘里洗涤器,更换干燥及冷却风机,对气流干燥系统、热风干燥尾气管道及袋式除尘器进行保温,更换洗涤泵及泵进出口管道,增加罐区尾气风机等措施对装置尾气洗涤工艺进行优化及改造。改造后,氟硅酸钠装置尾气ρ(颗粒物)最高为24.89 mg/m^(3),远低于GB 16297—1996排放指标要求。The design of the tail gas washing system of two sets of sodium fluorosilicate plants in Yunnan Yuntianhua Red Phosphorus Chemical Co.,Ltd.is unreasonable,resulting in a high content of particulate matter in the discharged tail gas.The washing process of the device has been optimized and modified by taking the following measures,a venturi scrubber has been added,the original drying and cooling fans have been replaced,the airflow drying system,tail gas pipelines of hot air drying system and bag remover have been insulated,the washing pump,inlet and outlet pipelines of pump have been replaced,and the tail gas fan in the tank area have been added.Through renovation,the highest concentration of particulate matterintail gas is 24.89 mg/m^(3),whichis far below the emission target requirements of GB16297—1996.
