摘  要:采用马弗炉加热灰化样品,选用艾氏卡试剂作为灰化助剂,使得样品滤液澄清,避免了后续腐植酸水溶肥料中硼测定过程中肥料本身颜色对显色反应的干扰。探究灼烧温度、灼烧时间、灼烧试剂用量对测定结果的影响,在最优条件下样品加标回收率为97.85%~101.60%,相对标准偏差为0.454%~3.033%,具有较高的准确度和精密度。The sample is heated in muffle furnace with a mixed reagent of Escherichia coli as the ashing agent,the filtrate of the sample is clarified,avoiding the interference of the color of the fertilizer itself on the color reaction during the subsequent determination of boron in humic acid water-soluble fertilizer.The effects of calcination temperature,calcination time and ashing reagent dosage on the determination results are explored,the recovery rate of the sample under optimal conditions is 97.85%-101.60%,and the relative standard deviation is 0.454%-3.033%,the method has high accuracy and precision.
