摘　　要：目的探讨硅凝胶联合CO_(2)点阵激光对增生性瘢痕(HS)的早期治疗效果。方法选取2020年9月至2021年8月我院收治的100例HS患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组行CO_(2)点阵激光治疗,研究组行硅凝胶联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)各维度评分及总分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的疼痛、瘙痒评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的不良反应总发生率略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硅凝胶联合CO_(2)点阵激光对HS的早期治疗效果显著,可减轻疼痛和瘙痒症状,降低VEGF及TGF-β_(1)水平,值得推广。Objective To investigate the early treatment effect of silicon gel combined with CO_(2) lattice laser on hypertrophic scar(HS).Methods A total of 100 patients with HS admitted in our hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with CO_(2) lattice laser,and the study group was treated with silicon gel combined with CO_(2) lattice laser.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total score of Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain and pruritus of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Silicon gel combined with CO_(2) lattice laser has a significant effect on the early treatment of HS,which can reduce the symptoms of pain and pruritus,and reduce the levels of VEGF and TGF-β_(1),which is worthy of promotion.
