红金消结胶囊、戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对新生血管的影响

摘　　要：目的分析红金消结胶囊、戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对新生血管的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2022年2月我院收治的80例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均行腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,对照组术后采用戈舍瑞林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加红金消结胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗6个月后,观察组的子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)高于对照组,收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组的血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、微血管密度(MVD)、表皮生长因子(EGF)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,观察组的雌二醇(E2)、垂体泌乳素(PRL)、促卵泡生成激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率、子宫肌瘤复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红金消结胶囊、戈舍瑞林联合腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤可改善新生血管指标,降低并发症发生率、子宫肌瘤复发率,有助于恢复子宫微循环状态及卵巢功能,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the effect of Hongjin Xiaojie capsule,goserelin combined with laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids and its influence on neovascularization.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups underwent laparoscopic myomectomy.The control group was treated with goserelin after operation,and the observation group was treated with Hongjin Xiaojie capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After 6 months of treatment,the uterine artery resistance index(RI)and pulsatility index(PI)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the peak systolic velocity(PSV)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),microvessel density(MVD)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the levels of estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate of uterine fibroids in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hongjin Xiaojie capsule,goserelin combined with laparoscopic myomectomy in the treatment of uterine fibroids can improve the neovascularization indexes,reduce the incidence of complications and the recurrence rate of uterine fibroids,and help to restore uterine microcirculation and ovarian function,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.
