变频空调器异常制冷剂流体噪声机理研究及专用消声装置的设计

摘　　要：变频空调器的普及速度越来越快,随之而来的一些技术壁垒需要攻克,其中制冷剂流体异常噪声就是变频空调器的一个顽疾,不时引起用户投诉。经过分析这种异常噪声的发生机理,并通过多方试验验证,最终完成了由整流管、过滤器、主毛细管、过渡管、加强管、防振胶等关键零部件构成的专门针对制冷剂异常噪声的消声装置。通过对数十个制冷剂流体异常噪声问题的机型进行试验验证,此装置都可以起到良好效果,解决了异常噪声问题。同时,还一并消除了一些此前无法处理的强度弱、振动大、嗡嗡声等问题。此装置均由通用原材料构成,通用性强,成本低,可以解决难度很大的技术问题,是一项实用的创新设计。The popularity of variable frequency air conditioners is getting faster and faster,and there will be some technical barriers to overcome.Among them,abnormal noise of refrigerant fluid is a stubborn disease of variable frequency air conditioners,which causes complaints from users from time to time.After analyzing the mechanism of the abnormal noise,and verifying by multi-party experiments,the muffler,which is composed of the key parts of the rectifier tube,filter,main capillary tube,transition tube,strengthening tube and anti-vibration adhesive,is finally completed.Through experiments on dozens of models with abnormal refrigerant flow noise problems,the device can play a magic effect,can solve all the abnormal noise problems.At the same time,can also incidentally eliminate some of the previous can only tolerate,can't deal with the weak strength,vibration,metaphorical sound and other problems.This device is made of common raw materials,with strong versatility and low cost,but it can solve difficult technical probl-ems.It is a practical innovative design.
