摘  要:热虹吸油冷却系统被广泛应用于螺杆式压缩机组,为更好地指导热虹吸油冷却系统设计,本文采用HTRI对热虹吸油冷却系统和管壳式油冷却器进行设计计算,搭建热虹吸油冷却系统测试试验台,并进行试验验证。结果表明:利用HTRI计算油冷却器换热量的误差为4.6%,计算压降的误差为3.6%;随进液管内径和回气管内径的增大、静压头的升高,油冷却器的换热量逐渐增大,但是换热量的增大幅度逐渐减小。Thermosiphon oil cooling system is widely used in screw compressor units.In order to better guide the design of thermosiphon oil cooling system,the thermosiphon oil cooling system and tubular oil cooler are designed and calculated using HTRI,and a thermosiphon oil cooling system test bench is built for test verification.The results show that the error of HTRI calculation on oil cooler heat transfer capacity is about 4.6%,and the calculated pressure drop error is about 3.6%.The heat transfer capacity of the oil cooler increases with the increase of the diameter of the inlet pipe and the gas return pipe as well as the height of the static head,but the heat transfer capacity amplitude is gradually reduced.
