摘  要:地下水源热泵系统在实际工程中运行良好,可以有效降低建筑空调、供暖系统碳排放量。为掌握地下水源热泵在实际中的运行状况,选取某公共建筑地下水源热泵项目为研究对象,介绍了该项目历史运行情况,重点分析了水源侧在实际应用中出现压力升高、循环水低流量、地下水回灌不畅问题时如何解决,指出了问题产生的原因并提出了相应的改进措施。结果表明,在既有条件下,换季期间要注重水源侧维护保养,水源侧合适的流量、压力、回灌率是系统正常运行的前提,同时要定期监测地下水温、水质,确保系统高效运行。研究结果对从事此方面工作的人员具有一定的参考价值。The groundwater source heat pump system runs well in practical engineering,which can effectively reduce the carbon emission of building air conditioning and heating system.This paper introduces the historical operation of a groundwater source heat pump project.It focuses on how to solve the problems of pressure rise,low circulating water flow and unbalanced groundwater supply and return flow in the practical application of the water source side.The causes of the problems are pointed out and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.At the same time,it is pointed out that attention should be paid to the maintenance of the water source side during the season change period,and the water temperature and water quality of the groundwater should be monitored regularly to ensure the efficient operation of the system.
