摘  要:以偏心滑块式径向柔性机构为研究对象,从机构学角度对机构的避让功能进行分析,确定了机构限位范围;利用ADAMS软件对柔性机构转子系统的动态特性进行了仿真分析,得到动涡旋质心的运动轨迹,确定机构限位参数对动涡盘质心运动规律之间的关系,优化主轴承受力,为空调涡旋压缩机的振动分析和性能提升奠定基础。Taking the eccentric slider radial compliant mechanism as the research object,the avoiding function of the mechanism is analyzed from the point of view of mechanism,and the limiting range of the mechanism is determined;The dynamic characteristics of the flexible mechanism rotor system were simulated and analyzed by using ADAMS software.The motion trajectory of the movable scroll mass center was obtained.The relationship between the limit parameters of the mechanism and the motion law of the movable scroll mass center was determined.The main bearing force was optimized,which laid the foundation for the vibration analysis and performance improvement of scroll compressor in air conditioning.
