摘  要:针对涡旋压缩机在空调系统进行高压差耐久工况测试过程出现的涡旋齿断裂进行故障分析,通过可靠性分析方法分析出失效原因并改善。动静涡旋盘结构复杂,铸件本体浇筑过程冷却速度与随炉试棒差异较大,因此本体抗拉强度低于试棒抗拉强度。涡旋齿设计强度按225 N/mm^(2)标准,要求铸件抗拉强度不低于225 N/mm^(2),但未明确本体还是随炉试棒。该次失效件抗拉强度不能满足设计标准,导致涡旋齿强度不足而断裂。确定失效原因后提升了原材料铸件本体抗拉强度的,并通过了加速可靠性验证。In this paper,the scroll compressor in the air conditioning system for high pressure difference test under durable conditions occurred in the process of fault analysis of scroll tooth fracture,through the reliability analysis method to analyze the failure causes and improvement.The structure of scroll wrap is complex,and the cooling rate of casting body in pouring process is quite different from that of test bar in furnace,so the tensile strength of casting body is lower than that of test bar.The design strength of the scroll wrap is 225 N/mm^(2),and the tensile strength of the casting is required to be≥225 N/mm^(2),but it is not clear whether the body or the furnace test bar.The tensile strength of this failure part can not meet the design standard,resulting in insufficient strength of the scroll teeth and fracture.After determining the cause of failure,the tensile strength of the raw material casting body was improved,and the accelerated reliability verification was passed.
