摘 要:本文以贵州龙里草原为试验地,通过对龙里灯心草群落的植被、地表凋落物和土壤主要组分进行实地观测,探究围封、刈割、放牧3种利用方式对草地固碳能力的影响。结果表明:3种利用方式植被地上生物量以围封最大,刈割次之,放牧最小;不同利用方式对凋落物影响不明显。3种利用方式对植被地下生物量的影响不同。不同利用方式对土壤有机碳、全氮的影响显著,对土壤全磷及容重的影响不大。3种利用方式主要通过改变土壤主要组分来影响植被生长,进而改变植被生物量,从而改变灯心草群落的固碳能力以及对环境的贡献。围封、放牧、刈割通过改变土壤有机碳及容重来改变土壤的固碳能力。This paper took the Longli grassland in Guizhou as the experimental site,and conducted field observations on the vegetation,surface litter,and major soil components of the Longli Juncus effusus community to explore the effects of three utilization methods,namely fencing,cutting,and grazing,on the carbon sequestration capacity of the grassland.The results showed that the above ground biomass of vegetation in three utilization methods was highest in fencing method,followed by cutting method and grazing method;the effects of different utilization methods on litter were not significant.The three utilization methods had different effects on the underground biomass of vegetation.Different utilization methods had significant effects on soil organic carbon and total nitrogen,but had little effect on soil total phosphorus and bulk density.The three utilization methods mainly affected vegetation growth by changing the main components of the soil,changing vegetation biomass,thereby changing the carbon sequestration capacity of Juncus effusus community and its contribution to the environment.Fencing,grazing,and cutting change soil carbon sequestration capacity by changing soil organic carbon and bulk density.
