平胃散加减联合经鼻持续气道正压通气对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者的治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探究平胃散加减联合经鼻持续气道正压通气(nCPAP)对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者睡眠质量及认知功能的影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年12月福建省建瓯市立医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的OSAHS患者50例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法对照组和观察组。对照组25例采用nCPAP治疗,观察组25例采用平胃散加减联合nCPAP治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后睡眠质量和认知功能的变化。结果:治疗后2组患者Epworth嗜睡量表(ESS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)、低通气指数(HI)、呼吸暂停指数(AI)均较本组治疗前下降(P<0.05),蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分和简易智能精神状态检查量表(MMSE)评分均较本组治疗前上升(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者ESS评分、PSQI评分、AHI、HI和AI均低于对照组,MoCA评分和MMSE评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平胃散加减联合nCPAP治疗OSAHS,可以改善患者症状和睡眠质量,提高患者认知功能,具有一定的推广价值。Objective:To explore the effect of modified Pingweisan combined with nasal continuous positive airway pressure(nCPAP) on sleep quality and cognitive function in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Methods:A total of 50 patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects and divided into observation and control groups.Patients in the control group were treated with nCPAP,while patients in the observation group were treated with combined Pingwei Powder.Compare the changes of level quality and cognitive function between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the scores of the Epworth Sleepiness Scale(ESS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Apnea Hypoventilation Index(AHI),Hypoventilation Index(HI),and Apnea Apnea Index(AI) of the two groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),while the scores of the Montellier Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA) and Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE) increased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),After treatment,the ESS score,PSQI score,AHI,HI,and AI of the observation group were lower than those of the control group during the same period,while the MoCA score and MMSE score were higher than those of the control group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome,the treatment of Pingweisan plus nCPAP can not only improve their symptoms,but also improve their sleep quality,and can improve their cognitive function,which has certain promotion value.
