细致式护理辅助多导睡眠监测在OSAS患儿中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析细致式护理辅助多导睡眠监测在阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患儿中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月期间我院收治的OSAS患儿68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例。所有患儿均接受多导睡眠监测仪对患儿睡眠进行监测,对照组和观察组分别接受常规护理和细致式护理,比较2组患儿临床效果。结果:观察组患儿睡眠监测成功率、准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿阻塞性暂停次数、觉醒次数、睡眠潜伏时间、低通气次数均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征患儿在接受多导睡眠监测期间开展细致式护理,可以确保监测成功,能有效提升监测准确率,缓解患儿心理负面情绪,改善患儿睡眠质量,家属护理满意度更高,值得临床广泛推广及应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of careful nursing assisted polysomnography monitoring in children with obstructive apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:A total of 68 children with OSAS admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.All the children were monitored by polysomnographic sleep monitor,and the control group and observation group received routine nursing and meticulous nursing,respectively,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The success rate and accuracy of sleep monitoring in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The number of obstructive pause,wake times,sleep latency time and hypopnea times in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of family members in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Careful nursing in children with obstructive apnea syndrome during polysomnosis monitoring can ensure the success of monitoring,effectively improve the accuracy of monitoring,alleviate the negative psychological emotions of children,improve the sleep quality of children,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and application.
