腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者中叙事护理干预的应用及对睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析叙事护理干预方法在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤手术患者护理干预中的可行性以及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年4月至2023年5月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院妇科收治的子宫肌瘤并接受腹腔镜手术治疗患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组患者实施叙事护理干预,对照组患者实施常规护理干预,比较分析2组护理效果。结果:观察组患者睡眠质量与满意度、生命质量等数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在子宫肌瘤患者临床干预阶段,通过叙事护理干预方法可显著提升患者的睡眠质量,并降低手术应激对其造成的不良情绪,对于提升生命质量的意义重大,具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the feasibility of narrative nursing intervention in the nursing intervention of patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for Uterine fibroid and its impact on the sleep quality of patients.Methods:A total of 62 patients with Uterine fibroid who were admitted to the Department of Gynecology,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from April 2022 to May 2023 and received Laparoscopy were selected.After randomization,the patients in the observation group were given narrative nursing intervention,and the patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention.The difference of nursing results between the two groups was evaluated.Results:The data of sleep quality,satisfaction and life quality of patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical intervention stage of patients with Uterine fibroid,narrative nursing intervention can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients,and reduce the bad emotions caused by surgical stress,which is of great significance for improving the quality of life and has promotional value.
