摘　　要：目的:分析结构化团队全程监护对ICU患者睡眠结构、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2022年1月至12月福建省三明市泰宁县总医院ICU住院患者90例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例,接受常规护理与结构化团队全程监护。比较2组干预前后的睡眠质量、生命质量评价情况,以及护理满意度。结果:干预前,2组睡眠质量、生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,观察组的评价均要好于对照组,且满意度要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将结构化护理模式应用于ICU患者的护理中,在团队全程监护的支持下,能够从根本上提升患者的睡眠质量和生命质量,加快患者康复进程。Objective:To analyze the impact of structured team full monitoring on the sleep structure and quality of ICU patients.Methods:A total of 90 patients hospitalized in ICU of Taining County General Hospital,Sanming City,Fujian Province from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.Receive regular nursing and structured team monitoring.The sleep quality,quality of life evaluation and nursing satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The results of this study showed that although there was no significant difference in sleep quality and quality of life evaluation before intervention(P>0.05),after intervention,the evaluation of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction was higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying structured nursing mode to the care of ICU patients,with the support of team monitoring throughout the entire process,can fundamentally improve the quality of sleep and life of patients,and accelerate the recovery process of patients.
