延续性护理对艾滋病患者自我照护能力及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延续性护理对艾滋病患者自我照护能力及睡眠质量的改善情况。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年12月福建省厦门大学附属第一医院感染科收治的艾滋病患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施延续性护理,对2组的自我照护能力及睡眠质量进行比较。结果:护理后,观察组患者的自我照护能力评分高于对照组,观察组患者的睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对艾滋病患者实施延续性护理,能有效提升其自我照护能力及睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the improvement of self-care ability and sleep quality of AIDS patients with continuous nursing.Methods:A total of 100 cases of AIDS patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into 2 groups,the control group receiving routine care and the observation group implementing continuous care based on routine care.The self-care ability and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:The self-care ability score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality score of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The continuous nursing for AIDS patients can effectively improve the patients′ self-care ability and sleep quality.
