温通拨筋罐配合皮肤针循经叩刺对脑卒中后上肢痉挛患者睡眠质量及运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨采取温通拨筋罐配合皮肤针循经叩刺治疗脑卒中上肢痉挛对睡眠质量、运动功能影响。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月宁德市霞浦县中医院康复中心脑卒中患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组用西医治疗,观察组用温通拨筋罐配合皮肤针循经叩刺治疗,对比治疗效果差异。结果:治疗后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)各因子得分与总分较治疗前降低,观察组评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后观察组上肢Burnnstrom分级5级占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率92.86%高于对照组73.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温通拨筋罐配合皮肤针循经叩刺治疗脑卒中后上肢痉挛,能够改善患者睡眠质量以及运动功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of treating upper limb spasm with Wentong Bojin cupping combined with skin needle tapping for stroke on sleep quality and motor function.Methods:A total of 84 patients in Rehabilitation Center of Xiapu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Ningde City were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 42 patients in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Wentong Bojin cupping combined with skin needle tapping.Compare the difference of treatment effect.Results:After treatment,the scores of each factor and total score of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)decreased compared to before treatment,and the scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P s<0.05).After treatment,the proportion of Burnnstrom grade 5 in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.86%,higher than that of control group 73.81%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of upper limb spasm after stroke with Wentong Bojin cupping combined with skin needle tapping can improve the sleep quality and motor function of patients.
