摘  要:目的:探究临床健康教育路径模式对日间膝关节镜患者宣教知识掌握度、Lysholm评分及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2022年7月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九〇九医院/厦门大学附属东南医院门诊部日间手术病区收治的单侧膝关节镜手术患者68例作为研究对象,依据不同护理模式分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=32),观察组采用临床健康教育路径模式进行护理,对照组采用常规模式进行护理,比较2组宣教知识掌握度、Lysholm评分及睡眠质量情况。结果:观察组优良率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);与术前比较,2组患者术后1个月Lysholm评分升高,且观察组术后1个月Lysholm评分高于对照组(P<0.05);与术前比较,2组患者术后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分下降,且观察组术后1个月PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床健康教育路径模式能明显提高日间膝关节镜患者对宣教知识掌握度,改善患者膝关节功能及睡眠质量,是较为理想的护理模式。Objective:To explore the effects of the clinical health education path model on the knowledge mastery,Lysholm score and sleep quality of patients undergoing daytime knee arthroscopy.Methods:A total of 68 patients with unilateral knee arthroscopic surgery admitted to the day surgery ward of the outpatient department of the 909th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the Chinese People′s Liberation Army/Southeast Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University from March 2020 to July 2022 were selected as study objects,and according to different nursing models,they were divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=32).The observation group adopted the clinical health education path model for care,and the control group adopted the conventional model for care.The mastery of missionary knowledge,Lysholm score and sleep quality between the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with those before surgery,the Lysholm scores of the patients in the two groups gradually increased after surgery,and the Lysholm scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at all postoperative time periods(P<0.05).Compared with those before surgery,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of patients in the two groups gradually decreased after surgery,and the PSQI scores of the observation group at all time periods after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical health education path model can significantly improve the understanding of educational knowledge among patients undergoing daytime knee arthroscopy,and improve the patients′knee joint function and sleep quality,which is an ideal nursing model.
