舒适护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用及对胃肠功能、睡眠质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在胃肠道手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年2月至2022年8月莆田学院附属医院收治的接受胃肠道手术治疗的患者96例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组48例。观察组采用舒适护理,对照组采用常规护理,比较2组的护理效果。结果:比较护理满意度,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察胃肠蠕动功能恢复情况,观察组患者的肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间比对照组更短,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。比较心理状态改善情况,观察组患者在护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。比较睡眠质量改善情况,观察组患者在护理后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较生命质量改善情况,观察组患者在护理后的健康调查简表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃肠道手术患者接受舒适护理,有助于促进术后康复。Objective:To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who received gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group(comfort nursing)and control group(conventional nursing)according to the random number table method with 48 cases each.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery of gastrointestinal peristalsis function was observed.The recovery time of intestinal ringing,the first exhaust time and the first defecation time was shorter than that of the control group(P s<0.05).Compared with the improvement of mental state,the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score of patients in the observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group(P s<0.05).Compared with the improvement of sleep quality,the score of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the improvement of quality of life,the MOS 36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36)score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing for patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery is helpful to promote postoperative rehabilitation.
