摘　　要：目的:分析基于和谐理念的护理干预对胃部肿瘤手术患者术后睡眠的影响以及应用效果。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月三明市泰宁县总医院收治的胃部肿瘤患者42例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组21例。对照组运用常规手术护理干预方案,观察组采用基于和谐理念的护理干预措施,主要就其对于2组患者术后睡眠的影响作用进行探讨与分析。结果:就2组患者的睡眠质量评价指标值来看,观察组患者与对照组患者相比明显更低,就护理满意率指标来看,观察组患者与对照组患者相比更高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:基于和谐理念的护理干预对胃部肿瘤手术患者术后睡眠的影响作用是积极而有效的,能改善睡眠质量,获得患者的较高好评度。Objective:To analyze the impact and application of nursing interventions based on the concept of harmony on postoperative sleep of tumor patients.Methods:A total of 42 patients with gastric tumors admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 21 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received routine surgical nursing intervention,while the observation group received nursing interventions based on the concept of harmony.The main focus was on exploring and analyzing the impact of these interventions on postoperative sleep in two groups of patients.Results:In terms of the sleep quality evaluation indicators of the two groups of patients,the observation group patients were significantly lower than the control group patients.In terms of nursing satisfaction rate indicators,the observation group patients were higher than the control group patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing interventions based on the concept of harmony have a positive and effective impact on postoperative sleep of tumor patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.It can improve sleep quality and receive high praise from patients.
