摘  要:青年拔尖人才是推动中医药发展的主要力量,青年拔尖人才的培养对中医药的传承和创新起到至关重要的作用。以青年岐黄学者培养项目获得者为研究对象,通过履历调查的方法,从基本特征、教育背景及工作现状3个视角,分析他们的发展现状,并从逐步改善培养人员结构,进一步优化高等教育资源配置,设计多重学缘交叉的培养模式,注重基础、临床与科研协调发展方面提出对策建议,以期为我国中医药青年拔尖人才的培养提供借鉴和启示。As young top-notch talents are the major driving force for the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the cultivation of such talents plays a significant role in TCM inheritance and innovation.This paper analyzed through their curriculum vitae the development status quo of young Qihuang scholars who succeeded in obtaining the funding for their training program from the three perspectives of basic demographic characteristics,educational background and working experience.We then put forward suggestions,i.e.improving the distribution of scholars,further optimizing the allocation of higher education resources,designing an interdisciplinary training model tolerating and embracing diverse educational backgrounds,and emphasizing coordinated development of basic theory,clinical practice and scientific research.Our study is expected to provide reference and inspiration for the cultivation of young top-notch TCM talents in China.
