摘 要:文章结合目前润滑脂在车辆行驶中的应用情况,采用四球法,进行了润滑脂抗磨性能试验研究。参考SH/T 0204标准,通过控制外界载荷、温度、时间和转速试验参数,对4种润滑脂进行了抗磨性能试验研究。试验结果表明:润滑脂的磨痕直径与载荷、温度和时间呈现正相关,与转速(正常行驶)、低速高载荷(爬坡)和高速低载荷(高速工况)呈现无明显变化关系。In the paper,the anti-wear performance of lubricating greases was investigated using the four-ball method,taking into consideration the current application of lubricating greases in vehicle driving.With reference to SH/T 0204,the anti-wear performance of four types of lubricating greases was studied by controlling the parameters of external load,temperature,time,and rotational speed tests.The test results showed that the diameter of the wear scar of lubricating greases was positively correlated with load,temperature and time,while it showed no significant variation with rotational speed(normal driving),low-speed and high-load(climbing),and high-speed low-load(high-speed operating conditions).
