摘 要:为了解决工学矛盾,减少传统安全培训方式对人力和物力造成的浪费,进一步提高安全培训的组织效率,提升安全培训效果;分析了我国相关法律法规对露天煤矿安全培训的要求,基于互联化+安全培训的模式构建了安全培训管理平台;安全培训管理平台实现了对培训计划、项目开展与档案管理情况的全过程管理,提升了教育培训和人才评价工作质量,更好地服务了高素质专业化人才队伍建设。In order to solve the contradiction between work and study,to reduce the waste of human and material resources caused by traditional safety training,to further improve the organization efficiency of safety training and enhance the effect of safety training,this article analyzes the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations of our country on the safety training of open-pit coal mine,and constructs the safety training management platform based on the mode of interconnection and safety training.The safety training management platform realizes the whole process management of training plan,project development and archives management,improves the quality of education and training and personnel evaluation,which better serves the construction of high-quality professional personnel.
