摘  要:为解决航空发动机高压涡轮转子轴向位移测量难题,提出了一种轴向位移径向测量的方法。通过该方法,建立了轴向位移与径向测量参数的关系模型;研制了轴向位移专用校准装置并设计了轴向位移校准方法;构建了一套耐高温轴向位移径向测量系统,该系统采用耐高温测量探头,满足航空发动机整机测试环境和结构特点的测量要求;完成了测量系统整机试验验证,在地面试验过程中进行高压涡轮转子轴向位移测量,得到轴向位移随发动机转速的变化规律。In order to solve the problem of axial displacement measurement of aeroengine high pressure turbine rotor,a radial measurement method of axial displacement is proposed.Through this method,the relationship model between axial displacement and radial measurement parameters is established.A special calibration device for axial displacement is developed and a calibration method for axial displacement is designed.A set of high temperature axial displacement radial measurement system is constructed,which uses high temperature measuring probes to meet the measurement requirements of testing environment and the structural characteristics of the aeroengine.A ground test verification of the measurement system is completed.In the process of the test,the axial displacement of high pressure turbine rotor is measured,and the variation law of axial displacement with aeroengine speed is obtained.
