摘 要:肝为人体内以代谢功能为主的重要器官,担负着消化、吸收、解毒等重要功能。目前国内外对肝大体解剖研究已经比较全面,但是关于肝的显微解剖,乃至肝功能单元,仍然研究不足,存在较大争议。现结合国内外肝微形态与功能研究进展,从微解剖技术、肝微解剖形态及其生物3D打印和虚拟仿真应用方面进行综述。Human liver is an important metabolic organ,which has important functions such as digestion,absorption,and detoxification.At present,the gross anatomy of the liver has been studied thoroughly,but the study of microanatomy of the liver and the hepatic functional unit are still insufficient and controversial.This article provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on liver microanatomy and its functions,combining advancements in microanatomical techniques,liver microanatomical morphology,as well as the application of 3D printing and virtual simulation in the field.
