摘  要:为探讨顶推中不同临时墩间距对无横撑拱桥的影响,以某钢桁架拱桥整体顶推施工工程为背景,建立有限元模型,分析不同临时墩间距布置时钢桁架拱桥在顶推过程中的最值应力和挠度分布情况,拱桥及构件敏感位置的稳定性,以及第2种临时墩布置时主墩和临时墩在顶推过程中的反力变化情况。研究表明:拱桥的下弦杆PL01临时墩处主梁(跨中杆件)和拱肋端部受力最不利,且临时墩间距越大,产生的应力越大;导梁端部出现最不利挠度,且临时墩间距越大,变形越大;临时墩间距越大,上弦杆的稳定性越差;第2种临时墩布置时,主墩和临时墩在顶推至最大悬臂和顶推就位2个状态下达到最不利反力情况,且临时墩起关键作用。In order to explore the influence of different temporary pier spacing on the nontransverse bracing arch bridge during the top pushing process,a finite element model was established based on the overall top pushing construction project of a steel truss arch bridge.The maximum stress and deflection distribution of the steel truss arch bridge during the top pushing process were analyzed under different temporary pier spacing arrangements,as well as the stability of sensitive positions of the arch bridge and components.The reaction force changes of the main pier and temporary pier during the top pushing process were also analyzed under the second type of temporary pier arrangement.Research has shown that the main beam(mid span member)and arch rib end at the temporary pier PL01 of the lower chord of the arch bridge are subjected to the most unfavorable stress,and the larger the spacing between temporary piers,the greater the stress generated.The most unfavorable deflection occurs at the end of the guide beam,and the larger the spacing between temporary piers,the greater the deformation.The larger the spacing between temporary piers,the poorer the stability of the upper chord.When arranging the second type of temporary pier,the main pier and temporary pier reach the most unfavorable reaction situation in two states:pushing to the maximum cantilever and pushing to position,and the temporary pier plays a crucial role.
