摘　　要：针对大数据时代下我国政府信息资源管理展开研究,并在此基础上提出政府信息资源管理与大数据环境相适应的新模式,为未来政府信息资源管理工作与建设提供参考。文章通过文献梳理明确政府信息资源管理的意义,并对政府信息资源管理现存的问题进行分析,在此基础上提出大数据时代政府信息资源管理新模式,以期为政府信息资源管理的未来发展提供建议和参考。通过对政府信息资源管理的现状进行梳理,针对其面临的困境,从注重政府信息资源全生命周期管理、构建大数据下的政府信息资源价值链、宏观调控与多元主体协同管理相结合几个角度构建政府信息资源管理在大数据背景下的新模式,以期推动政府信息资源管理建设和国家信息化进程。Research is conducted on the management of government information resources in the era of big data in China,and based on this,a new model is proposed to adapt government information resource management to the big data environment,providing reference for future government information resource management work and construction.The article clarifies the significance of government information resource management through literature review,analyzes the existing problems of government information resource management,and proposes a new model of government information resource management in the era of big data,in order to provide suggestions and references for the future development of government information resource management.By sorting out the current situation of government information resource management and addressing the challenges it faces,a new model of government information resource management in the context of big data is constructed from several perspectives,including focusing on the full lifecycle management of government information resources,constructing the value chain of government information resources under big data,and combining macroeconomic regulation with multi subject collaborative management,in order to promote the construction of government information resource management and the process of national informatization.
