摘 要:目的 研究精细化管理理念应用于医院文化建设中的意义。方法 以2021年1—12月龙岩市中医院实施常规管理期间的200例住院患者与30名医务人员为对照组,以2022年1—12月龙岩市中医院实施精细化管理期间的200例住院患者与30名医务人员为研究组。比较2组医务人员服务情况、患者服务评价情况、患者住院舒适度。结果 研究组服务文明合格率、医院环境分区合格率分别为100%、96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%、73.33%(P <0.05);研究组投诉事件发生率、服务满意率、感染发生率分别为4.50%、98.00%、1.00%,对照组投诉事件发生率、服务满意率、感染发生率分别为10.00%、92.50%、5.00%,研究组投诉事件发生率、感染发生率低于对照组,服务满意率高于对照组(P <0.05);管理后,研究组患者住院舒适度评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 精细化管理能够优化医院文化建设,改善医务人员精神文明、医院环境及患者满意度。Objective To study the significance of applying the concept of refined management in the construction of hospital culture.Methods A total of 200 inpatients and 30 medical personnel during the implementation of routine management in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 200inpatients and 30 medical personnel during the implementation of refined management in Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group.The service status,patient service evaluation,and patient hospitalization comfort of the two groups were compared.Results The qualified rates of service civilization and hospital environmental zoning in the research group were 100% and 96.67%,respectively,which were higher than the 80.00% and 73.33% in the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence rate of complaint events,service satisfaction rate,and infection rate in the research group were 4.50%,98.00%,and 1.00%,the incidence rate of complaint events,service satisfaction rate,and infection rate in the control group were 10.00%,92.50%,and 5.00%,the incidence rate of complaint events and infection in the research group was lower than that in the control group,but the service satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).After management,the comfort score of inpatients in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Fine management can optimize the construction of hospital culture,improve the spiritual civilization of medical staff,hospital environment,and patient satisfaction.
