摘　　要：护理文化建设是护理管理的重要内容,是提高医院竞争力和服务质量的有效途径,护理人力资源是医疗机构的重要组成部分,也是保障患者安全和提高护理质量的关键因素。护理文化建设是一种新型的人本管理理念,它肯定了人的主观能动性,以文化引导为手段,是激发护士自觉行动的管理方法。通过阐述目前国内对护理文化的定义,对护理文化的特征性概念进行详细的分析,围绕护理文化概念和内涵、开始和历程、热点问题、国内外护理文化建设发展现况比较、结论与展望5大方面探讨护理文化建设。将护理文化融入护理管理中,倡导人性化服务,使全员达成共识,引导和激发护士的工作积极性和创造性,树立以患者为中心的共同理念,建立一个和谐、舒适护理文化氛围,提高护理服务质量,提高护理核心竞争力。The construction of nursing culture is an important content of nursing management and an effective way to improve the competitiveness and service quality of hospitals.Nursing human resources are an important component of medical institutions,as well as a key factor in ensuring patient safety and improving nursing quality.Nursing culture construction is a new type of humanistic management concept,which affirms human subjective initiative and uses cultural guidance as a means to stimulate nurses'conscious actions.By elaborating on the current definition of nursing culture in China,a detailed analysis is conducted on the characteristic concepts of nursing culture.The construction of nursing culture is discussed from five aspects,the concept and connotation of nursing culture,the beginning and process,hot issues,comparison of the current development status of nursing culture at home and abroad,conclusions and prospects.Integrating nursing culture into nursing management,advocating humanized services,and achieving consensus among all staff,guide and stimulate the work enthusiasm and creativity of nurses,establish a common concept of patient centeredness,establish a harmonious and comfortable nursing culture atmosphere,improve the quality of nursing services,and enhance the core competitiveness of nursing.
