摘　　要：目的 构建急诊成人体外心肺复苏(ECPR)护理质量敏感指标。方法 本研究基于文献回顾、半结构式访谈拟定专家函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对24位专家进行问卷函询确立指标,运用层次分析法确定指标权重。结果 本研究共开展两轮专家函询,函询问卷有效回收率分别为92.31%、100.00%,专家权威系数分别为0.852、0.875,肯德尔协调系数分别为0.138、0.215(P<0.01),最终形成包含3个一级指标、7个二级指标和17个三级指标的急诊成人ECPR护理质量敏感指标。结论 急诊成人ECPR护理质量敏感指标具有较强的科学性、可靠性和实用性,可为临床应用中客观评价ECPR护理质量提供参考。Objective To construct sensitive indicators of nursing care quality for extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation(ECPR) of the adults in the emergency department.Methods The Delphi method was utilized to construct the indicators by consulting a panel of 24 experts with a questionnaire-based approach.The questionnaire was developed based on an extensive literature review,a semi-structured interview.The analytic hierarchy process was utilized to determine the relative weights of the indicators.Results Following two rounds of expert correspondence,we successfully identified a set of sensitive indicators of nursing care for ECPR in the adults.These indicators consisted of three primary indicators,seven secondary indicators,and seventeen tertiary indicators.During the two rounds of questionnaires,the response rates of the experts were 92.31% and 100.00%;the expert authority coefficients for the questionnaire were calculated to be 0.852 and 0.875;and the Kendall concordant coefficients were determined to be 0.138 and 0.215(P<0.01).Conclusions The sensitive indicators of nursing care established for ECPR in the adults are scientifically grounded,reliable,and highly practical in nature.The indicators may serve as valuable benchmarks for driving ongoing enhancements in nursing care for ECPR.
