摘  要:智能可穿戴技术因其能够实时交互穿戴者与环境之间的信息而具有巨大发展潜力,在柔性可穿戴设备中,柔性压力传感器是用于压力检测的关键器件。使用导电材料MWCNTs与PEDOT:PSS制备3种不同的传感器敏感层,以镍铜织物作为传感器的上下电极,制备一种具有多层结构的柔性压阻式压力传感器,并对传感器性能进行测试。结果表明,PEDOT:PSS敏感层在0~5 kPa压强范围内,灵敏度高达0.168 12 kPa-1,具有较快的响应时间与恢复时间,以及较好的可重复性。该传感器性能良好,可以应用在柔性可穿戴设备中。Smart wearable technology has great potential for development because of its ability to interact information between the wearer and the environment in real time.In flexible wearable devices,flexible pressure sensor is a key component for pressure detection.Three different sensor layers were prepared using conductive materials MWCNTs and PEDOT:PSS,and a flexible piezoresistive pressure sensor with multi-layer structure was prepared by using nickel-copper fabric as the upper and lower electrodes of the sensor.The performance of the sensor was tested.The results showed that the sensitivity of the PEDOT:PSS sensitive layer was as high as 0.16812 kPa^(-1)in the range of 0~5 kPa pressure,and had fast response time and recovery time,as well as good repeatability.The sensor has good performance and can be used in flexible wearable devices.
