摘　　要：为进一步提高制丝生产生丝品质和生产效率,降低茧耗,从工艺、操作及设备管理等方面入手,通过优化混剥选茧、煮茧、缫丝工艺技术路线,细化温度、蒸汽压力等工艺技术参数,规范自动缫丝机车头索绪操作以及缫剩茧、隔夜茧处理技术要求等现场管理要点,实现精细化管理,建立一套高效优质生丝生产管控技术体系。该体系经企业应用验证,生丝产量提高6.1%,质量提高0.5级,原料茧消耗降低3.4 kg,生丝产量、质量、茧耗数据有明显改善,产生了较好的经济效益。Production process,operation method and equipment management of raw silk production were studied in order to improve the quality and efficiency,reduce the cocoon consumption.A set of efficient and high-quality raw silk production management and control system was established.Refinement of management was realized by optimizing the technical route of mixed cocoon,stripping cocoon,selection cocoon,cocoon boiling and silk reeling,determining the technological parameters,standardizing the on-site management and technical operation process.The system had been verified by the application of enterprises.The results indicated that the raw silk output increased by 6.1%,the quality increased by 0.5 grade,the cocoon consumption reduced by 3.4 kg.Good economic benefits were got by using the method.
